Now-a-days , there is rapid change in technology but still users are not familiar about how to control the issue of computer running slow. 1) Press windows + r (Go to run )

2) Type temp and then delete all files from the window.

3) Type %temp% and then delete all files simultaneously.

4) Type prefetch and then delete all files.
